Refund policy

You can cancel a paid plan at any time from your account. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've already paid for, and you won't be charged again.

First payment

If ArkSpec isn't for you, ask for a refund within 7 days of your first payment for a plan and we'll refund it in full.

Renewals

Monthly renewals aren't usually refunded, but if you were charged after forgetting to cancel and haven't used the AI since the renewal, contact us within 7 days and we'll refund it.

Problems on our side

If ArkSpec was unavailable for a long time or a charge was a mistake, contact us and we'll make it right.

This policy doesn't limit any refund rights you have under the law where you live.
